Items explicitly marked as Free Shipping are excluded from the subtotal when calculating shipping.

$25.01-$50.00 = $15
$50.01-$100.00 = $19
$100.01-$200.00 – $29
$200.01-$300 = $45
$300 and over = $55
Shipping to Alaska, Hawai’i and Puerto Rico,
Up to $25.00 = $19
$25.01-$60.00 = $29
$60.01-$100.00 = $29
$100.01-$200.00 – $37
$200.01-$300 = $50
$300 and over = $61
