I recently subscribed to Shotgun Sports. When can I expect to receive my first issue?
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your first issue to arrive.
How do I know when my subscription will expire?
Look at the mailing label on your latest issue. Off to the right of your name will be a code (i.e., JAN 20) that indicates the month and year of your last issue. In this case, the subscriber’s last issue would be January 2020. If you always renew your subscription three months before that date, you will not miss any issues.
I didn’t receive my magazine this month. What should I do?
First, check your subscription renewal date (see above). If your subscription is current, call our Customer Service Department at (800) 676-8920. The issue may have been lost in the mail. They will put a trace on it and make sure a replacement issue is sent to you.
I received my magazine, but it was damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Yes! Just call our Customer Service Department at (800) 676-8920.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are automatically added to your order during checkout based on our shipping rate tables.
Shipping rates are applied to the subtotal of all items requiring shipping.
Items explicitly marked as Free Shipping are excluded from this subtotal.
Orders are shipped Ground OR First Class but you can request expedited delivery by contacting Customer Service at email@example.com or by calling 1-800-676-8920
All other Foreign Orders are shipped based on the weight of your order.

Can I get expedited shipping?
Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day expedited service is available. Please call (800) 676-8920 for cost and details.
Additional delivery charges will be applied to expedited (i.e. Second Day, Next Day) and foreign orders.
Can I return an item I purchased?
All items, except DVDs and Audio CDs, may be returned for refund. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (i.e., credit card or check). The customer is responsible for return shipping and item(s) must be shipped back in original condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
